Spreading the Christmas joy through giving back

This festive season, we decided to support the Dunelm Santa Tree Programme this December. Through our donations, we’re helping bring some extra joy to families in need and making the holidays a little brighter for those who are less fortunate.
It was amazing to see the difference we can make when we come together as a team to give back to our community.
2025 Year Wrapped
Six years strong, and 2025 was a year of real transformation. Big changes, bold moves and momentum we’re excited to build on.
We’ve had 8 new starters with some big internal hires with a new Director for Clean Tech & Energy.
We moved into our new bigger office, doubling our office size ready to expand.
We had lots of teams building and incentive trips, with a trip to the cricket in Q3, and an incentive trip to Palma in Q2.
We had a big rebrand, with an upgrade to our website and marketing. As well as having strengthened relationships within our diversified markets.
There’s been plenty of international meetings across Europe and America.
We hosted two executive dinners, one in Munich and one in Detroit. Bringing together industry leaders for an evening filled with valuable insights, engaging discussions and meaningful connections.
We developed our contracting deck. Now offering temporary and permanent recruitment options.
Our yearly top performers were Lucy Sutton and Tom Haw, who absolutely smashed their targets.
We're excited to move forward in 2026 with the same energy and momentum that defined 2025!
