As we close out April and the first month of Q2, it’s clear that the momentum across the business is stronger than ever. From well-earned promotions to exciting new client partnerships and thought leadership from our team, this month has set a powerful tone for the quarter ahead.
Celebrating Two Major Promotions
Archie Kaye Promoted to Senior Executive Search Consultant

Since joining us as a graduate last July, Archie has quickly established himself as a standout performer in the data centre market. His commitment to learning, his work ethic, and his ability to build meaningful relationships have made a real impact.
In 2026 so far, Archie has:
Achieved 113% of his Q1 target
Reached 58% of his Q2 target already
Built a strong and growing Data Centre network across EMEA
Supported a client on a high-impact EVP search with a $2Bn scope
Archie’s promotion is a testament to his consistency and drive. We’re excited to see what he accomplishes next.
Adam Ramsden Promoted to Executive Search Manager

Adam’s journey with us has been remarkable. Joining as a graduate, he has earned three promotions, built a high-performing team, and become a key contributor to our data centre recruitment success.
This year, Adam has:
Hit 118% of his Q1 target
Reached 58% of his Q2 target
Closed a VP role for a $3Bn account
Won a new client and completed a full on-site data centre tour
Played a pivotal role in developing and leading a team of three data-centre recruitment specialists
Adam has grown into a confident leader and a top performer, and this promotion reflects the impact he continues to make.
New Client Partnerships Across Critical Industries
April also marked the start of several exciting new relationships. We’re proud to have partnered with organisations across:
- Aerospace & Defence
- Critical Power
- Private Equity
These partnerships highlight our expanding footprint in high-growth, high-impact technical markets.
Industry Insight: Caterpillar Acquires Monarch Tractor
One of our Directors, Tom, shared his perspective on Caterpillar’s acquisition of Monarch Tractor – a move that, on the surface, looks like a typical startup-to-OEM transition, but carries deeper strategic significance.

Monarch has been building ambitious capabilities in:
Electric tractor technology
Software-driven farming platforms
Data-led agriculture operations
The challenge? Scaling hardware reliably in real-world environments.
Caterpillar’s acquisition gives them:
Proven autonomous capability
Deep electrification
Hard-to-find engineering talent across agriculture and robotics
It’s a clear signal of intent: accelerating their entry into next-generation off-highway technology.
Across the wider autonomy landscape:
Mining – autonomy is already delivering
Agriculture – progressing quickly, but still fragmented
Construction – developing steadily
And the pattern remains consistent:
Controlled environments + clear ROI = faster adoption
Looking Ahead
With strong performance, new partnerships, and growing influence across the data centre and autonomy sectors, April has set the stage for an exciting Q2. We’re proud of the team’s achievements and look forward to sharing more progress in the months ahead.
