Adam’s journey with us has been remarkable. Joining as a graduate, he has earned three promotions, built a high-performing team, and become a key contributor to our data centre recruitment success.

  • Hit 118% of his Q1 target

  • Reached 58% of his Q2 target

New Client Partnerships Across Critical Industries

April also marked the start of several exciting new relationships. We’re proud to have partnered with organisations across:

-              Aerospace & Defence

-              Critical Power

-              Private Equity

These partnerships highlight our expanding footprint in high-growth, high-impact technical markets.

Industry Insight: Caterpillar Acquires Monarch Tractor

One of our Directors, Tom, shared his perspective on Caterpillar’s acquisition of Monarch Tractor – a move that, on the surface, looks like a typical startup-to-OEM transition, but carries deeper strategic significance.

Image showing about Caterpillar Acquiring Monarch Tractor

Monarch has been building ambitious capabilities in:

  • Electric tractor technology

  • Software-driven farming platforms

  • Data-led agriculture operations

The challenge? Scaling hardware reliably in real-world environments.

Caterpillar’s acquisition gives them:

  • Proven autonomous capability

  • Deep electrification

  • Hard-to-find engineering talent across agriculture and robotics

It’s a clear signal of intent: accelerating their entry into next-generation off-highway technology.

Across the wider autonomy landscape:

  • Mining – autonomy is already delivering

  • Agriculture – progressing quickly, but still fragmented

  • Construction – developing steadily

And the pattern remains consistent:

Controlled environments + clear ROI = faster adoption

Looking Ahead

With strong performance, new partnerships, and growing influence across the data centre and autonomy sectors, April has set the stage for an exciting Q2. We’re proud of the team’s achievements and look forward to sharing more progress in the months ahead.
