Client Context
The client sought an experienced General Plant Manager to lead a flagship complex electronics manufacturing facility, with full end-to-end responsibility for safety, operations, P&L, efficiency and productivity. The role required a strong operational leader capable of driving continuous improvement, leading large teams within a matrixed global organisation, and representing the manufacturing operation to key external stakeholders.
