With approximately US $25 billion in annual sales (FY ending March 31st, 2025), over 140,000 employees, and more than 90 manufacturing sites across 25 countries, this organisation stands as one of the world’s most influential and complex manufacturing partners.


Client Context

The client sought a highly experienced senior leader to manage a $1.2 billion Customer Business Unit P&L. This role had the potential to lead to a future succession as Group President. The search was mission-critical, requiring exceptional commercial acumen, manufacturing leadership expertise, and global operational experience.


Engagement Scope

We were retained to identify and secure a Customer Business Unit P&L Leader, responsible for:

· Full P&L ownership of a $1.2 billion global business unit

· Leadership across large-scale manufacturing operations
